Build before the market
decides for you.

Project 5 works with founders at the edge of their next stage, when growth is coming and clarity can't wait. We build the brand, the strategy, and the systems that hold.

"Most founders hire us for marketing. What they actually need is clarity. We start there, then build everything else."

There's a moment every growing company hits, when the product is real, the interest is there, and the pressure to move fast starts to outpace the clarity of who you are. That's when shortcuts happen. That's when brands drift.

Project 5 works with founders at exactly that moment. We get clear first. Then we build the brand, the growth systems, and the experiences that make growth compound instead of compound the noise.

HOW WE WORK

→ WHAT WE DO

Three disciplines.
One direction.

01

Brand Strategy

Positioning, narrative, and brand architecture that gives your company a clear point of view, one that holds up in a pitch room, on a homepage, and in a sales conversation.

→ HOW WE WORK

Clarity first.
Then everything else.

01 - Discover

Find the signal

We start by listening, to the founder, the team, the market, and the gaps between what a company says and what it means. The real story is always already there.

02 - Define

Get clear

Position, narrative, and point of view, defined clearly enough that everyone in the company can repeat them without a slide deck.

03 - Build

Make it real

Identity, website, growth systems, experiences. Built on the foundation, in sequence. No shortcuts that have to be undone later.

04 - Grow

Scale with it

We stay embedded through the growth stage, so the brand holds, the systems compound, and clarity doesn't get left behind.

→ ABOUT

I’ve sat on both sides of the table.

Founder and strategist.

Project 5 is built on the belief that the best brand work happens before the pressure peaks, when there's still room to get it right.

I work directly with founders and CEOs as an embedded strategic partner, not an agency relationship, not a deliverables-and-out engagement. I'm in the room when the decisions happen, and I stay through the growth.

My background spans brand strategy, growth marketing, and experiential, which means I can see how a positioning decision flows through to a demand system flows through to an event experience. The whole arc, not just one layer.
